Tangled Roots Research Privacy Agreement

On this day,

I, _____________________________________, do hereby agree to the following:

1. I am willingly providing my personal family information to the Tangled Roots Research Team for genealogy research purposes.

2. I understand that the results of this research are limited by the accuracy of historical documents.

3. I understand that my information will only be shared with members of the research team.

4. I understand that upon completion of this research, all information provided to the Tangled Roots Research team will be discarded securely.

5. I understand that the electronic family tree I receive as a result of this research will be linked to an email address that I provide.

6. I understand that the electronic family tree, stored in a GEDCOM file will remain on the Tangled Roots system for 6 months beyond completion, then permanently deleted.
